Immediately following his graduation from the University of Jamestown with a Bachelor’s in Business, Darin joined Edward Jones as an Investment Representative. After 20 successful years with Edward Jones in three different states, Darin took on the endeavor of starting his own business, Cook Wealth Management. Since 2009, he has built Cook Wealth Management with the vision of best serving his clients. A true student of the business, Darin excels at educating his clients, building custom portfolios, and helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals. Outside of work, Darin has two children, Dacotah and London, both of whom live on Whidbey Island. In his spare time he enjoys playing with his dogs, tending to his garden, singing in his church’s worship band, and traveling with his lovely wife Erin.

A Whidbey Island native, London graduated from Oak Harbor High School before receiving his Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Washington. For the following two years, London worked as an Account Manager for a Seattle-based software firm. Then, desiring to return to Whidbey to build a life closer to home, London made the decision to join the Cook Wealth Management team. In the office, London helps to build investment portfolios, plan clients’ financial futures, and reluctantly act as Chief Tech Support Officer. In his spare time London enjoys making the most of the Pacific Northwest by camping, crabbing, and clam-digging.

Chelsea Ceaser

Born and raised in Oak Harbor, Chelsea graduated from Oak Harbor High School in the early 1990s and then moved on to attend Washington State University to start her degree. After having children, she moved closer to home living in Bellingham and Coupeville before landing back in her hometown. She started working as Darin's right-hand woman in 2009 where she has developed into a team asset of Cook Wealth Management. She and her husband Dan have 5 kids: Xavier (and wife Amber) are stationed in Maryland with Grandchildren Olivia and Micah, Sebastian (and wife Hannah) are in Oak Harbor, Cameron (and girlfriend Hadley) are in Bellingham, Chantel is in Oak Harbor, and finally, Addison who is enjoying her busy life full of fun and soccer (just the way she likes it). Chelsea loves to travel, has a goal to run/walk all 50 states with Dan, serves in all kinds of missions, currently working on her degree in Psychology (promises not to leave Cook Wealth Management), loves anything outdoors (unless it's cold and windy) and strives to spend the most time with her community of family, friends, and church.
